"On Two Wheels" is a new Series currently airing on Foxtel Channel 138.
The show is about all forms of motorcycling in Australia, an ALL styles of music are needed.

We are looking for unsigned bands to submit any recordings to be used as backing tracks
for segments. bands used will receive credit mentions and website promotion.
As this is a non-profit show, no royalties can be paid to submitting artists, but this is a great
opportunity to promote your band Australia-wide on foxtel. Any styles in any language from any
country will be considered.

CD's must be full Quality (PLEASE NO MP3's!) and all submissions must have the release form filled out and signed.

Any CD's sent without a release cannot be used and will be discarded upon arrival.

I don't know jack about Foxtel, but it's a TV channel, and last I heard, PBS type channels don't host motorcycling competitions. Competitions make $$, and sponsorship (red bull, etc..) is HUGE in those industries.

Can't afford to pay royalties for using music and hooks? Well the NFL sure can.. and they rake in hundreds of millions. Every motorcycling event I know of here in the states makes money.. so why can't Foxtel? Sounds like Foxtel has a shitty business model and might consider shutting down if they can't afford to pay people for contributing to their success.

Although.. really, I'm sure they can afford it, they just don't want to.
