I was in Okinawa many years ago. I made friends and sat in with quite a few Philapino musicians who were performing at and around (On BC Street and Kadena's Gate 2) military bases there. You may find some work on that island. Moreover, I discovered cruise ships book quite a few acts from around the world. On the last cruise I was on to Jamaica, the house top-40 dance band were all Phillapino.
