Ultra - listening to your stuff now.

"Graduate" really doesn't seem to go anywhere, like some of that ambient music or other odd stuff I used to hear back in the '80's.

Same with "Evillived" for that matter. I was hoping to hear some good riffs or something that took me somewhere, but it just kinda hangs there for me.

It ain't necessarilly bad, but it just doesn't grab me in any way.

You have good tones. Gimme something to sink my teeth into, sometime, k?

Good luck & welcome to the forum.

I agree with Philby. Also to add: Grad had right-channel only sound and the other song was left channel only. The drums sound too midi (and I'm guilty of that as well, so it's understandable) and the guitar / effects are lost in the mix, mostly.

So not bad stuff, but it does just kind of linger through the whole songs.. With philby's description, I was actually hoping to hear something like that groovy future-music from the first bill & ted movie like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WVXGC896Jdw

Thanks for you thoughts on it and for the channel thing I thought it was just my laptop, I will put up another post, as soon as I can restructure the
sound properly, which means I will probably have to get a pen and paper
and tab out the structure to fine tune it... (which I didnt want to do )
and work back and forth with it.

Thanks again
Mark

The first song reminded me of ELO on steroids. I think you've got a lot of potential here. Enjoyed the original sound. Just need to expand on it: more structure, lyrics, vocals, etc. This is a very good base to start from though.
