As far as I'm concerned the drummer is the most important part of the band. A great band with a lousy drummer sucks, a mediocre band with a great drummer rocks. It's as simple as that. Don't let this new drummer escape. If you have to shackle and chain him in your basement do it. Keep him happy.

We had a great drummer once. I agree Bob, - they can make or break a band. Congrats, CP!!

Now, now, Bob. That's kinda extreme. I've found that just a few drops of super glue on the drumthrone does wonders.
Or just feed 'em and they'll keep coming back. Or, am I thinking about stray dogs....nope, drummers, for sure.

yeah, I'm really lookin forward to making some music.
Funny, drummer is an ex merchant marine, I'm ex Navy, new bass dude is ex Navy band.
Maybe we'll be 'well seasoned...'
