Wish I could get better matches. Seems like I get alerts on just about every musician within 100 miles irregardless of style or interest. Doesn't do alot of good if your looking for a rock guitar player and get alerts for country, acoustic jazz bass players or something similiar. Kinda defeats the purpose.

you gotta edit your search settings or you could shut off the alerts

the search edit has no affect apparently. I get the same thing. fiddle players, bluegrass, but I have quite a few instruments written into my songs like mandolin and violin and it is good to know that they're close and available.
