Last night's new episode where Brett and Jemaine have to do a Simon and Garfunkel tribute show was the funniest thing I ever saw on TV. And then the Prime Minister of New Zealand having an official meeting with an Obama look-alike, I was laughing so hard I was crying...

Dammit, bob! I'm hooked on this show & I'm losing my premium channels this weekend...but I really can't justify keeping them for one show...

At least I got a buncha episodes from last season & the beginnings of this one on my DVR.

Guess from now on it'll be me waiting for them to come out on DVD at the end of every season.

Brett and Jemaine are now touring the United States. I was hoping they'd be in Kansas City but the closest they're in is St. Louis. At the end of the season they'll have all the episodes available on DVD. Just log into the HBO store and search for Flight of the Conchords. "Garfunkling!" laughed my ass off!!

Yep, they are comedic geniuses. I was surprized to see they actually got Garfunkel, too, & that he went for the whole "garfunkling" thing.

I wonder who writes their music. It's perfect in every episode I see.

There's one heck of a lot of effort put into this show, bob.

For some reason, I have it recorded in english & spanish both on my DVR, though, & it's almost as funny in spanish, even though I don't understand it.

Phil I'm pretty sure they write most of their musical material themselves. The ideas may be proposed by executives and the like, though.

Brett and Jemaine are also principal writers for the show along with a third man whose name I forget. They are true comedic geniuses. I hope they can continue to produce new shows for many years. That Chinese song Brett sang was insane. I never heard anything so bizarre and funny.
