Never Been Any Reason by Head East. We had the opportunity to open for them back in 1996 and they came to us after the show thanking us and telling us how much they enjoyed our music (really nice bunch of guys) the drummer they had at the time was fricken phenomenal. Their original drummer I understand teaches down here at the Art Institute Of Houston and he was there as well he sat in for about 3 soongs we were able to get all of their autograghs.

Yeah, "ALyha (or whatever) was the first one I thought of...a friend of mine got to see them (I think it was the Bob Kiss Band, or something like that), and said it was incredible. Head East was great, too. That song has a weird kind of Joe Walsh feel to it (meaning the male vocal as well as some of the arrangement). I gotta go with Stealer's Wheel. "Stuck in the Middle" is just cool.

Donnie Iris also had a hit in the late 60's and early 70's the name of the song was "The Wrapper" anyone remember that one? I had it on a 45 that I bought when I was 13.

Man, what I'd give to be a one hit wonder. Every song mentioned here is classic. I think I've covered most of them in the past. Lunatic Fringe guy also did Life is a Highway...can't recall his name...next stop Wikipedia...
