I am booking my first tour from Roanoke to Texas and back from Saturday April 18th to Saturday May 3. All the gigs will be in coffee shop type settings. I am posting in hopes that some members will come out to hear me do my thing. I also have family and friends in most of the places I am/have boooked.

Dates

Saturday April 18th - Cleveland TN - booked - private
Monday April 20th - Birmingham Al - not yet booked - have leads
Tuesdasy April 21st - Jackson MS - pending
Thursday April 22nd - Shreveport LA - pending
Friday April 23rd - Dallas TX - not yet booked
Saturday April 24th - Austin TX - not yet booked - have leads
Monday April 26th - Nacadochez TX - not yet booked - have leads
Tuesday April 27th - Killgore TX (or near there) - not yet booked - have leads
Thursday April 29th - Henderson TN (FHU) - Not yet Booked - have leads
Friday April 30th - Nashville TN - Not Yet Booked - have leads
Saturday May 1st - Lenoir City TN - not yet booked - have leads


As you can see a lot of the dates need to be booked. A lot are flexible. If anybody has any suggestions for some alcohol/smoke free venues (coffee houses mostly) in these areas I am open.

This tour is also subject to the whims of America's got talent. If they say I have to be somewhere I will do what I must to be on the show of course.

I should have said Roanoke as the first "stop" I'll have to book one first. I will and I'll post it. Yes I'm into the totally clean living. I am also a Christian. I don't make Christian music, but I do make "clean" music. Thanks for the well wishes!

Hey good luck with the southern tour NP. I'm sure you will post when you come up this way, I could try to help you find a gig or two, but most of the coffee houses in these parts don't pay. One won't even give you a free cup of joe. The few that do pay will want guaranteed tix sales.

The only bands that do well up here seem to be classic rock bands and party bands. Folk music does well, promotion wise, but not $$ wise.

I might be able to help in cleveland, if you have time. I know 2 coffee shops, one small but very willing, and one sizable and willing.

Hey Paul, looking at the date you are thinking of being in Jackson. April 21st Tuesday, thats one of my clear days. So if you get this done make sure to remind me so I can make it.

Im sorry I dont know of any places for you to play. I kind of hang around the bar scene and am not sure about coffee houses in Jackson or an appropriate venue.

Cool man. I'll probably just try to play Freed Hardeman University in Henderson. I went there and I have a niece there.
