I thought they stopped doing this in the 1500's when desperate parents would castrate their sons so that they would be boy soprano's and be admitted into monastic choirs.

I'm just thinking of some good names for their band. Hmm...how about The Chastity Boys, No Hung Jury, The Overzealous Rabbis, Don't Try This At Home, Haven't Got It, Wish We Had It, The Former Butthole Surfers, Not Your Average White Band, etc.

I would think that purposely removing one's body parts & such would be seen by god as a personal insult, an unfavorable criticism of his divine creation.
Some ppl are too stupid to reproduce, so this works fine for me.
