check out my profile, i am very curious. its hard to describe my talent. if you've ever heard of Rick Allen i'm close to his talent wise. would you give me a chance playing for you. check out my profile and look at my youtube video. it isn't my best b/c it's marching band music but you can get an idea.

Hey Troy,
I applaud your efforts to overcome and succeed. I'm not sure I could ever step up like that, and I really hope you find a good band and tear it up.
Good luck!

Wow, you are truly an inspiration. I noticed on your profile that you play harmonica. Is that with your feet or a rack? There's drummers out there who have no physical handicaps who wish they could play as well as you.

I would give you the same advise I give any new musician...play what YOU want, the way YOU want to play it. and play it for You...the others will share in it, if you give them something to share!
oh and BTW...whatever level you are at right now, you are fukn amazing bro!!!

Play the harmonica with your feet? I understand drums are your first love in music BUT if you become a very good harmonica player (study Kim Wilson, Little Walter, Junior Wells, etc.) you could play in any blues band in the world. Imagine somebody going out to see a blues band and there's you up there playing harp? No kidding you'd burn the house down. It's awesome.

Hey, I do a little foot drummin myself. I have 2 kits I put together for ONLY the feet. One acoustic set and 1 electronic pad. I'm not as talented with my stick holding as you are so I used pedals all around instead. If you build some new configurations for yourself, you could get way more out of your drummin and more in the mix. I will send you a picture if you want of my set ups. I cant write to your page here cause I'm a "freebe" member. I play with my feet cause I play other instruments with my hands at the same time like guitar, keys. I can tell that you could be "extra" good on custom setup cause you can actually hold a stick with each foot while still controlling 4 pedals. I can control 6 pedals at the same time and my feet won't move far depending on the fill/beat. Kd7 knobs [roland] are good for squeezing pedals close. Acoustic kits require custom hard wear. You need to study your instrument so that you know what is wrong with the feel and adjust till you hurl. Its worth the time.
