Hello, and happy holidaze! I've been a bandmix member for awhile now but have decided recently to try to meet some other folks, around my age, to jam a bit with, with the hope of starting at least a "friendly" band that could maybe get the occasional gig. It's very hard for older people to find others with the same musical tastes 'cause they usually have to be around my age to appreciate the music that I do. So, hope to hear from you, will answer any and all questions that you may have, here or on my page-Sixpack.

Sixpack, I dunno about some others in here, but I'm the same age as you, &, frankly, I take offense at the "older people" reference, ya agist!
Welcome to the forum. Put up some music on yer profile, ya old fart! And fill out yer profile a bit, so's we can get to know ya, while you're at it.
LOL - I'd bet that the average age of forum posters is somewhere around 35, btw.

Thanks for the replies, guys! I have a couple of cds up at cdbaby, if you're interested. As for this post, I was hoping to meet some local, right up the road, guys to jam with. You seem like nice guys and I hope our paths cross some day. Take care and happy new year!-Sixpack.
