Hi everyone!!

I am just posting this to let you all know what happened to a drum set I bought in Big Apple Music Store!! I paid for a 5 Piece PDP Platinum which was meant to be shipped to SPain.

After 4 weeks waiting for the set to arrive, those people jave sent me just a 4 piece set, leaving the snare behind. So, for my surprise, he actually wrote a bill that reads "pdp platinum series" without specifying the pieces and measure, and silly me I trusted them.

So, after having the snare in my hand playing with the 5 pieces, the company just send me a four piece arguing that "it normally does come as 4 piece".

Now is time for me to ammend my purchase. Just be caeful with those guys, they rip off!!

Manuel are you sure it was not just a missunderstanding?
I can understand how you could be upset and all, but the proof you provided of dishonesty sounds kind of thin.
Mind you I appreciate any heads up when it comes to a companys ethic.
Yet with no picture or posted music on your site I have to wonder if you have alterior motive for bashing said music store.
Missleading advertisment is a retail staple! Hence the axiom.

I hope your not bashing someone for no reason, I purchase thousands in lab equipment evry year and you realy need to be percice in what you have ordered or there is no telling what youll get. PEACE
