For some reason I just got this goofy idea that you should record the Turtles' "Happy Together." This thought has been with me for about a week. I waited for it to go away, but it won't, so I guess I hafta say something to you about it.

It'd be a good challenge for your vocals, Paul, & I know you could do the song justice, & in your own style.

How bout "You Baby"?. ( I like it better ) Jesus, we're tellin on ourselves here .Yeah , remember how BIG all those vocals sounded with that "hall reverb". and TONS of it..When I was a kid , I used to think 30- 40 people were singin on those tunes.Yeah," Happy Together"or a tune like it would be a good tune for all of us to pitch in on down the road.Well, waddaya say Mr Paul?

Paul, I actually have a cool version of "Happy Together". I now have my own firewire drive and my engineer is trying to consolidate all of my stuff onto it. Once I locate everything I will remix HT and and "No Matter What" (I have to remove the lead) so you can do your thing.

How's this for a freaky coincidence? I saw this thread right before I went to lunch. I couldn't respond then as I had to get out and get some grub. When I hit the road "happy together" came on the radio!! Now I have to do it! Man I'm so looking forward to working with you again JD!
