On the Obama Teleprompter one, in the first 20 seconds, you can see him signaling his technical people, with a gesture to his eyes several times, telling them he can't see the teleprompter.

I missed it the first time, cause I went through alot of gaffe videos. Hell, I could have put at least 5 or 10 videos with gaffes from EACH ONE of them!
