In fact, I hate people that say that certain bands or certain styles of music "suck". All music is good. It's all about taste and personal opinion.

C'mon Ryan, plenty of music sux. Nickleback, creed, puff daddy, etc etc. I think most music sux. I like about 20% of most genres, and 0% of some genres.

I think its like the old KISS adage Kids In Satans Service, I honestly think that Kerry and crew would have been to drunk to even think about this. I partied with them years ago once. If they invite you to party, run the other way, they drink a lot. I like Slayer, I dont listen to them much anymore but I like their music. It has its moments.

Your point is well taken, however, I must take issue with your saying Nickelback sux. (this reminds me of when Capt Scot called me on my saying that the Monkees suck, and after reconsideration, had to change my tune!).
Granted, I am not a Nickelback fan myself, but it seems that a lot of people don't like them just because they are successful. I betcha that if you and I walked into a bar and Nickelback happened to be playin', we would both agree to stick around for another beer!

If Nickelback stick to their hard rock sh*t that they used to make 2 or 3 albums ago... they have a lot of potential, but they choose to go mainstream on us.. so their fans are chicks who go "aww so cute <3"...
Their heavy tunes is one of the first forms of "rock" that I listened to when I was getting into rock. A real shame.

Yea, bout Creed.. well, granted that Stapp was/is/will always be an asshole filled with eternal sh*t... and he had a certain annoying tone most of the time. He can sing well.. and as far as the rest of the band, they are absolutely great. Tremonti is a brutal guitarist. And the drummer is good too. Listen to Alter Bridge for some proof.
