I posted a new song. MCCartney's "let me roll it". This is with the void the same band I posted the "for no one" cover with.

Missed this one, for some reason...my goodness I'm glad I found it, though!
Very nice voice - good cover, Paul. Good harmonies, too. Guitar work is spot on. Keys are just at the right level...you have a certain touch for recording & mixing that I really like. Nice production, the only thing I can say against it is that it is perhaps too close to the original - but if that's where you want it then it's perfect.
Your moustache scares me, man.

Thanks For checking it out! This is actually a band that I only sing for. It's a father son team that is nuts for Mccartney/beatles. The dad is a local DJ. He plays drums. The son is 18 and plays everythibng else and actually does all the recording and mixing. The kid is so talented. I don't even want to play. He plays circles around me on bass, guitar, and piano. I agree that the cover is too close to the original. There are several things I would like to change from the original. The bass, even though it's Sir Paul, is kind of boring to me on the verses. And the middle part sounds like it needs a solo or could be left out. It sounds like a verse without lyrics to me. We did record my song called "talkin' about me" at the same time. It went great. I'll post it as soon as I get it. The kid just killed my bass line. I wish I was as good as he is.

Great job on Let me Roll it Neanderpaul!
When that Wings album "Band on the Run" first came out, some friends and I slapped a one gig band together and played an after football game "sock hop" at our old high school. We called the group "The Herschel Mathews Band" and Let me Roll it was on the list! We recorded the gig on real to real and It may still exist. Your version inspires me to hook up with my good ol' drummer and see if i cant get a copy . If I can I'll post it. I recall that I was playing my Farfisa and my Honer Clavinet.

Ok dude I made it over as well. Very nicly done as I have come to expect.
Glad I picked up these headphones. Beats my computers speakers all to crap.
Also had to hear "Nothin but Wrong" again and again.
I down loaded it as well so I can jam in the Jeep. Want the boys in the band to groove to it as well.
Awsome work.
