Attention independent musicians!

Are you looking for a way to get your music heard by a worldwide audience of thousands? Possibly Millions?
How about a credit with IMDB, and having your music heard by Entertainment executives and Hollywood players?

So.. No, this isn't a scam where we ask for your money. We don't want it. We just want your music!

It works like this. You make a song for our flick. We include it in the film. We possibly put it on a soundtrack and the net. People see the film, they hear your song. Fans of the OTHER people we put on the soundtrack or site come to hear their band.. try yours out while they're there. Cross networking fanbases.

The independent feature "NINJAS VS ZOMBIES" is seeking music submissions for inclusion in their film. BUT - We're gonna be done on Halloween.. so get the music in FAST! Read on..

Hey NeanderPaul....

"I'm Gonna Get You"

Would surely work for this somewhere! :D

The IMDB is a site that ANYONE can use to list movie info. Any movie, even in the "pitch" stage and uncompleted. So I don't think that is such a biggie.

But...

It technically gives you something on a resume...

"My song (whatever title) was used for the soundtrack of the Movie "Ninjas VS Zombies"

If you want to protect that particular song...

You are superbly creative, and could make something up, maybe even collaborate with Jimmy or any other talented artists here.

I'd do that last one, just for fun, some bragging rights (small bragging, LOL) and it would be fun to show your friends. It is likely he would give you a DVD of the finished product (when made to DVD) for free, in return for your efforts.

We allowed a song of ours to be used for a "Rock Climbing Video" that is targeting sports outlets throughout the South East for distribution. But will be sold online regardless of whether it is successful in stores or not.

This Zombie movie is not even really B-Movie quality, but hell, the guy has to start somewhere.

But on the off-chance it becomes some kind of cult phenomenon, you could always insist on a clause in the contract, that if manufactured copies reach some determined figure, then you will be paid industry rates from that point on.

He should have no problem agreeing to that, if the figure is high enough, because it means he has turned a nice profit and can certainly afford to pay the 8.5 cents per copy MANUFACTURED (not sold)
