I'm a brand new member. I uploaded my demo and it isn't showing up on my profile, but when I go to "manage audio/video," it shows there. I looked in the FAQ and didn't find anything on this topic.. Can someone help? Thanks in advance!

Hi, John. Thanks for responding!
The problem is not seeing the files on the viewer end. I did not take the song down; it's showing when I go to "manage audio/video"
It is in wav format, and I'm not sure how to go about turning it into mp3. Could you help me out? Thanks! I appreciate it
Pam

there's a free program online that can convert wav to mp3, you can download it here:
http://www.eusing.com/CDRipper/CDRipper.htm
(I know it says cd to mp3, but it has a converter built in that will convert wav to mp3)
And here is the direct download link:
http://www.qwerks.com/download/7779/cdtomp3freeware.exe
Good luck!

it's not free. it's asking $14.95
I don't trust the publisher with my info if they call the software "free" and then try to charge for the "registration"
I'll have to skip this ripper
thanks for trying!

You just click the "SKIP" button and you don't have to register or pay a dime. This is a free version. They just ask when you launch it if you'd like to register/buy it. Can't blame them for asking.
I've been using it for a long time and never found a feature that I couldn't use for free.
Give things a chance.

Download iTunes.
It converts from wav to mp3. Or from anything to mp3 I think.
Open your wma ('open with' iTunes), and it should get converted to either wav or aiff automatically. Then I think its just a right-click on the mouse -- select convert to mp3.
