This is an old acoustic song I did sometime back. It's kind of dark and haunting but that was the mood I was in at the time after my brother passed away. It's called "Song Of Sorrow". Just click on my profile.

Mike, once again, beautiful work. A fine acoustic requiem piece, if ever I heard one.
I'll hafta get one of my old instrumental pieces out of the closet & get it on here for you to hear, & maybe add something to.
Love your work, Mike. You have a feel for melody that just grabs me.
Thanks for posting this for us.

Sorry to hear bout your bro. You know what? I don't give a damn how fast a guitarist can shred; I'm more impressed by their acoustic work. Dig the tune. Singable too.

Beautiful tribute to your Brother bud, I'm sure if he's able to hear this piece he feels your love and sorrow.
Strangely enough your talent is more evident in a piece such as this one then your electric work although you can play both very well.

It gets particularly good at around the 2 minute mark. I can hear the tears.
Nice work.

Thanks Guys! Sorry I didn't respond sooner. Been busy with the band. Had a killer show tonight. Anyway, The song is actually about 7 minutes long but I ended up shortening the song as it sounded a little repetitious without the vocals added but I did upload the full version tonight if you care to listen to it again. One of these days I will have to have someone put some vocals to this one. Thanks again!
