Yo phil, a couple moths back you entered 'Heads Up' in some kind of contest. (If I remember right.)
Did you ever hear anything back?
What was the experience like, or was there any experience to speak of?

Never heard a thing, but I didn't really expect to. It was a throw-away tune that wasn't really recorded that well.

All I get from them is more offers to submit more songs.

Only thing I ever won in my life was a watermelon at the county fair when I was 9 yrs old. Of course, then I had to carry the damned thing home all by myself, & it was pretty heavy for a little kid!

Taught me a lot about the value of things unearned.

Have never developed a gambling problem, though, so I guess it all worked out for me in the end.
