For this reason many of you will turn me down

But if you would like to here a sample of my words

Then I shall make one up for you now

But if you try to steal them

Then I shall hunt you down

For too long eve waited, waited for an opportunity

To shine and be fated, to the endless lyres

Gone mad, braided my hair, wearing saggy jeans, fallen beneath me knee

Eve shed no tears, can reach my ears, and hear me as I pray, on faith....


So if you still decide him not good, then correct you are, for I represent my hood

Stars that are refugee to their own race

I am black, and blacken my heart is, eye for eye and nigh my heart beats

I will say... i will say, my name is Nathan K. Payne.....

You have way too many dreams. One per forum, actually.
Stick to one forum, and post your thread there. Multiple copies of the same thread won't do you any good.

Yep. This is the 5th post of this crud I've seen, & I can't stop dissing you, Nathan.

Have you noticed how rappers try so very hard to look SUCCUSSFUL? Do you even know anything at all about the genre you're trying to break into? Get some better rags. Write some good poetry, & learn how to deliver it. For heaven's sake stop your begging! "I have no money to record." HAH!

I can't believe you had the cojones to come to a musician's forum to beg for funding for this "dream" of yours, post this whiney lackluster "poem," & give excuses as to why you won't post any recordings. On 2nd thought, that required no true cojones at all, did it? Just a lack of self respect.

It's easy to pass up on self respect when you have nothing inside yourself to merit any respect, isn't it? Get up off your butt & DO something. If it's worthwhile, perhaps, if you're REAL lucky, someone will recognise you & offer to sponsor you, for a return on thier investment. You WILL have to pay them back, with interest, for anything they put into you.

There's no such thing as a free lunch, unless you're willing to give up everything you want so badly & go eat at the soup kitchen & live with the bums on the street.

Success is only acquired through hard work. Even beggars have to hone thier skills, Nathan. You're an amateur at that, too, ya little whiner.

Dude...Mr Payne sir...everyone here puts their souls out for each person to critique. It's how a musician grows in their art, so for another person to come accross as being too good for that can really set someone off. If you are truly interested in growing and learning and becoming better at what you do, you're gonna have to do what we all do...put yourself at risk.
