Posted: Tue May 20, 2008 8:49 pmI hate when musicians (not talking about anyone specific) make fun of people who play stuff like Rock Band or Guitar Hero. Maybe they don't want to learn how to play an instrument right now, maybe they just want to play a fun game with some people at a party or something. What do you suggest? That they drag a full set of drums and some electric guitars, that nobody knows how to play, into the house as a party game? No, thats stupid. That's why there's games like Guitar Hero and Rock Band. Just cause you can play a real instrument, doesn't give you the right to be an arrogant butt-hole.

im with ryan on this one...(i cant believe i just said that but there ya have it)....im kiddin ryan
but he is right...its a little harmless fun for people who cant play music to stand up and pretend like there playing.. if just for a little while...
its fun..ive only tried "guitar hero" once and i was crap..but it was good fun...
i think the real problem is with video games...most of the old timers just dont get it...i do.. due to the fact that my generation grew up with video games...i played them in arcades as a kid and i still play them today...
i only play one game and its...pro evolution soccer 2008...yet another thing you americanos dont get..."soccer"(giggle) or "football" as it is called in just about every other country in the world....
video games=good,not so bad...once ya get to know em....
