Last night I went to watch a friend from work race. He and about 4-guys from my work built their race cars and race them at the Las Vegas speedway ( A side-track called "The Bull Ring").

They race in a class called the "Bomber" class.. Which is basically, get a POS $1000 car, gut it, put a roll cage in it, spray paint a number on the side, and call it a race car..

Here's a small article on the race my buddy was in.

"The 25-lap Bomber feature was won by Gary Wyatt. Wyatt's new TheBomberNation.com car helped him score his first Bomber victory of 2008 at the Bullring. Early-race leader Tom Dittman, driving his father's station wagon, went wide in Turn 4 on lap 8 and relinquished the lead to Wyatt and spent the rest of the race valiantly trying to chase him down. Fred Harding finished second and Dittman was third."

No joke.. The dude was driving a beater Station Wagon!! Hahaha.. You should have seen it.. It was pretty fast though..But me and my best friend Chris are gonna build us some bombers and race..

You should write a song about it, and use film of everything from painting the car, to racing it bomber class, and put it on youTube!

Hell yea.. You know I'll get some footage. Definitely have to write a Bomber song too..

Here's a video of a bomber race.. You'll see the station wagon in it.. it's the one in second place.. Dude has a light on top of his car. Hahaha.

Ha ha. That's cool stuff. I bet people have a blast doing this, from getting the cars ready to racing them.

I'm telling you dude, you have to make a badass song, that talks about the whole process, racing stripes, picking a special number for some cool reason, and painting it on, using your last bit of money to get in that race, and then the heat of battle, racing against some guy's dad's station wagon... make it cool, make it funny, make it ROCK!!!

It'll go all over the place!

Maybe it'll even help you attract whatever musicians you're missing in your band bro, cause you'll get some attention and fans, and you'll get that friggin' show on the road!!!

at an 1/8 mile track friday night. CRAZY fun. I ran a 7.5 @ 94 mph. My first time racing anything anywhere.

And I thought he was talkin about a new amp!
