Song can only be in mp3 format.
Fill in whatever info boxes you wish, make sure the line "Allow people to listen to this song" has a check in the box beside it. Allow downloads is optional, allow listen is required. Click Upload. You're done.
Soon as the upload finishes, you should have a song visible on the music tab of your profile. You have to have the Flash player installed on your machine to listen to it. If you can listen to other members' music, you have it already. If you're using Firefox (I sure hope so) you'll get a notice bar at top if you don't have it that you need plugins to read all the format on the page. Follow that link.
If you're using Internet Explorer, I don't know what it will do...explode I hope...but if you're using IE, get all the spyware, trojans, viruses, backdoors, rootkits and other malicious software cleaned out, install Firefox and have a little online safety...I really don't know how to use the audio player with IE, I've never tried it. I even use Firefox on my Linux machine, which is what I'm usually typing on.

Thanks Steve, I didn't check, I'm on dialup and it takes forever to load a song...
CA you may need to make sure you have the Flash player installed, I think you're supposed to be able to listen to your own tunes, but maybe by just going to your profile page, not the profile editing page?

You have to be on your profile to listen to your own stuff. Its easy to pop in and out to make title or discriptive changes if need be. All seems to work smoothly unless its one of those Sloooow days

Then your schtick sounds like the freakin munsters.
