I put up a new video of my band when I was in high school. I think I was seventeen. Big difference I guess. Here ya go Captain, some blues, classic/rock and no screaming just for you. Click on my profile or below.

Good stuff Mike but I have a question. Am I doing something wrong? When I try to watch most anything on Y T , I get about two seconds of show and stop over and over again on the first pass. Makes it damn hard for an impatient sob like me to watch anything.

This war ain't over yet, Gentry! I will someday return with guitar might and defeat you and your brilliant skills!
*Note: Nice video! Not bad considering then you had only been playing about 3-4 years. Some of those pieces are hard for people with that little experience.
Peace, GuitarAnatomy. (Vengeance is coming!)

It was good, but it had very little vocals and you looked pained. I understand that was when you were younger.
I see a lot of players/bands, the ones that stick out are part actor. They sell themselves to the crowd as they play and are interesting to watch.

Sanshouheil, I'm not sure why it would do that. Anybody else know?
GA, you overrate my playing but thanks!
Thanks Captain, I had to cut up the video. It has to be a certain size to upload it to Youtube and our singer at that time wasn't very good sorta like your singer.....ooooops! You aren't the singer are you? My bad, my bad!

Just because I don't post it, doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
It just means that I consider the source when I see what's going around as far as constructive criticisms go and I fail to see the need to let good materials I do every show be trod upon by someone who doesn't dig the situation at hand.
Say what you like, it doesn't bother me at all.
Just like what I say shouldn't deter you from playing what you feel, unless you feel nothing at all when you play. (That would explain a few things)
I think you are a perfect match to any old screamer type. You might even be in line for the hall of fame.. LOL

Mikey,
I like seeing good drumming, on sparse traps. Glad to see the youngins out in Indianola are getting a proper education.

Hey Howlin, it seems long ago. Those guys were my best friends back then. After High School they moved away. Tim the drummer plays in a pretty successful Christian Rock band in Idaho now. If they still lived here you can believe we would have kick ass Blues Classic/Rock band going right now.

It's probably your connection speed. You can open the video, pause it wait 30 seconds and go back and see if it has progressed any. As long as you aren't on dial up, with patience, you should be able to watch it.
