Why can't they just whip each other with chains and gob in their hair to make it stand up, like in the old days?

Mike,
Please invest in a Zoom H2 recorder.
$200 bucks.
You'll get a digital recorder, excellent results out of the box, but has plenty of settings to play with if you want.
Marry it to the video, so we can hear what your band is really doing bro!
You'll be making LOTS more videos of your gigs. It's a worthy investment.
You'll be MUCH happier with the results. So will your fans, and potential agents and venues, etc... will get the real deal.
I've got a feeling that you guys did pretty damn good, but it's so muddled I can't tell that. That's the nature of most video cameras, that do not include professional audio.
For promo and marketing, it's a cheap investment for what you get out of it. You'll be surprised at the quality it gives you from such a small and relatively cheap handheld recorder.
Great for recording practices too!

"...Damned Kids and their screaming..."
As I've said before, metal screaming has been around since the 70's...So it's not just kids...

Thanks Craig, Sorry about the sound quality. I'll have to check the Zoom recorder out. Someone in the audience took that video and sent it to us. We cut it into short clips so we could fit parts of the whole show in one piece on Youtube. I gotta tell ya I was sore the next morning. I never moved that much when I had my Classic Rock/Blues band. It's quite a workout now.

Ryan, you need to follow along a little more closely. In case you didn't know, I am a kid, I play in a band that screams. The header on this thread was meant to be sarcastic. This thread was also a fishing trip.

Yeah, Mike here only has 2 years on me and 3 years on you... And he makes me look like a crap guitarist - payback is in order, just wait till I get that recording hookup for my laptop and software from my friend.
I will bring down the Gentry Empire! AHHHAAAAA!!!!--- *Coughs very hard.* Excuse me... *Takes a sip of water.* Ahahaha! *Chokes.*
Be back... *Slips off.*

I will not be catching up with Mike then, Uncle Howlin, lol. That uh, guitar, is almost as much as what I will be putting down on a car in some months to come... And it is also as much as a Mesa Boogie...
*Lowers his head.* I will find that Telecaster Thinline and vow to defeat you Gentry!
Someday! I will return with blues fury!

G.A,
It ain't just the neck that's "fat" on G.E.'s new Telley. It's a multi functional beast that ,in the right hands, can produce a sound that can crunch like a Paul Custom! A normal Telecaster just won't do it for ya. Keep on those books, and you'll have her someday. (Imagine the look on Mikey's, Cript's, Craig's, I.A's , Scarlet's, Thom's, Jimmy's, FastRy's and all those other awesome Stratblaster's face's, when they see ya rip some "Ultimate Metal" on a friggin' Telecaster! .... Rock(and learn)On!
Uncle Howlin'
