No you can't judge us by this because the recording is worse than anything I can describe, but you can get a jist of our musical style.

We still need a lead player.

You can hear it this way if anyone cares to take the time. Sorry the sound sucks but you can eq it and make it a little better.

This is a cell phone recording :D

do you mean "shattered"? its there now-- but not playing.

listening to the boxstr.com link....playing now.

id honestly say that this can go either way-- id have to hear it unmuffled. it starts out promising.
i think the part that goes "lies/thru the bs/lies/thru the pain" or something like that could be a little better.

i realize your musical focus is death metal, and you dont want to create pop music, but i think the break after the second chorus can be a little more musical.

very aggressive, though! (bonus points!).

I tried to download the track but it keeps crashing my laptop. I think it's looking for an ocx file. Anyway, I was wondering if you know some of these MI bands: I Decay, Girl Scout Hand Grenade, Second System, Whores of Babylon.

You can go to www.myspace.com/edgeofagression to hear it

GI, thanks, it really sounds bad, the chorus sounds much better than can be distinguished through this recording and hopefully when we get 1 more guitar player we will have everything that is lacking.

I really didnt want to post this stuff until we had a better recording. Oh well :)

Okay, um, the audio is crappy quality, lol. The guitars sound okay, but I am going to scream from the singer. It is the proverbial screamer, no!!!

The rhythm though is very repetitious, there is not much variation in the sound of the song. Plus I did not notice a solo in there, unless it was masked by bad volume. I like solos, lol. I notice a lot of music that is that heavy tends not to have any solos in it, rip off! Listen to Mark Morton's solo on "Walk With Me In Hell." Now there is a very heavy song with a nice solo added in.

Yeah, try and get us some more audio up, man. I will be looking forward to hearing it, the guitars sounded fine in this as I said. Just the song is too repetitious to me. No offense, just personal taste. I am sure when I post my stuff up I am going to get slammed. Lol.

By the way, the profile audio did not work for me either. I used the Myspace one.

Peace out, GuitarAnatomy.

I thought that sounded like cell phone recording. I use that all the time, today even, to save ideas. It really just needs to be recorded with audacity (free download multitrack program) or even a jambox is better than cell phones. Still, glad you posted. Looking forward to hearing it when it is finished.
