That is precisely what pissed me off about this guy's classless appeal for a singer he can bang as well.
I put it in stark terms, because that is what he is really saying.
Whether he intended it or not, he displays a huge lack of respect for women.
I think that this bothers me in particular because of something I read several years back. It is a statistic I read one time, and I have never been able to shake it.
It has bothered me ever since....
The UNFPA (2002) reports that more than 60 percent of women worldwide have been abused at some point in their life.
Think about that statistic for a moment.
Everyone reading this comment, owes his or her life, to a woman sharing her body for the purpose of giving you life. She ate for you, drank for you, breathed for you, endured many months of pain, all for the sake of giving you life. Now, how many of the men who were the beneficiaries of such sacrifice by a woman, went on, later in life, to be guilty of a role in the above statistic? Very, very many, as is evidenced by the enormity of that number.
