Musician Forum - Band Discussion Board - BandMix

Just joined up and put up about a dozen tunes. I'm hoping this helps me connect with some folks as I move to Ashville NC from Chicago. I don't know a soul there so I figured I'd give this a shot. The tunes on my page are from different folks I've recorded with over the last 15 years or so. It's a mix of roots styles.

Haven't formed a band with any of them, however I really enjoy the forum very much. I believe there's a lot of very knowledgable people on here. Plus you get opinions from musicians around the country that are very interesting to me. If you have any trouble finding musicians I have found them quite a few different ways over the years. Thanks for the welcome everyone. I have gotten a couple of inquiries already from Bandmix folks and at least 8 from Craigslist. So far so good.

Thanks Bass Boy. That youtube video is hysterical. My fiance and I just stayed at a Motel 6 in Asheville and checked out after the first night because it was so bad. When we asked why there wasn't even a clock in the room they replied " Oh we don't have amenities like that"
We went to a Holiday Inn and paid three times as much and didn't regret it for a minute.
