I get so psyched up the night before market I generally can't sleep well.. it was like that back in the old days when I was a young person, and not sleeping the night anticipating the fishing trip to the Raccoon River to fish for channel cats.. I think most experts say as people age their ability to sleep well diminishes..that must be part of the problem too..
