Talbot, I did not mean to insult. Did you question why it was such a bargain price or it's history? The fact that this was an impoverished area has nothing to do with the question/assumption. Having a multi-thousand dollar bass in such a place is questionable, though.

It was an area under embargoes. Everything was all mixed up but the people there were honest. I guess you have to live it to believe it. It's hard to find that here, anymore.
