Need to notify Bandmix of bug/issue = Hoe do I?

I didn't know where else to post this so I am posting it here.
Does anyone know how to contact Bandmix to let them know of a problem with the site/service?
I live in Victoria BC Canada and they keep suggesting people living in nearby Vancouver for us to contact/view. The problem is that Victoria is on an Island and Vancouverites can only reach us by a 1 1/2 her ferry ride across the straight of Juan de Fuca.
Help?
