For the old “big band era” musicians.
Louis Prima & Keely Smith were a blast to watch. Louis Prima wrote one of my favorites. “Sing Sing Sing” Drummers loved it.. This 13 year old girl absorbs the masters chops mixes them in with her own and dishes it out at will. Her videos just keep getting better and better. IMO

OK. I know she doesn't impress the highly skilled level of Bandmix musicians that post here enough to raise a comment.
But she impresses me a hell of a lot. I thought at least one musician here would have something to say about her skill and showmanship.
But I wonder if anyone has considered that she won that world wide drumming contest at the age of twelve? She won an all over Asia contest when she was almost still a toddler. When Asians are born, as soon as the head comes out, they ask them what instrument they want to play. So she must also have had pretty good competition in that contest. .
Kanade just turned 13 in the video I posted. Consider that there are thousands of entries for that contest because winning it means big endorsement money. She beat out all the 12 year old drummers, the 13 old drummers, the 14 year old drummers, the 15 year old drummers, the 16 year old drummers, the 17 year old drummers all over the world.
They kid can play. But then again, truly skilled musicians impress me.
