New band project!
Posted: Sat Apr 15, 2017 8:52 pmThe Beatles tribute thing (Scrambled Eggs) is still happening of course - our big show is at the end of May - but this morning I auditioned for an acoustic act - 2 guys, one plays acoustic guitar, other is a pretty good singer and plays keyboards for some songs.
Looks like it could be a good fit, I played with them for about an hour, talked some about plans. Practice, for the most part, will be just on the other side of my town, so that's a real plus.
Doing rock songs - they have quite a few 'newer' (to me) songs that I don't know, but will need to learn, I may play bass on some songs.
