I'd been doing less music in the last few months, mostly going to (or running)
open mikes.
In the fall I hosted a few musician's parties (house parties). Those were nice . . . I have them outside on my patio, amongst the humming-birds and flowers.
(Hey - bring your guitar, bass, or keyboard, and have some fun!)
I have seating for about 8 people, comfortably.
I'll definitely do that again in the spring.
And . . .
I've been approached by a lead guitarist as to forming a duo for gigging/pay.
And so I'll probably do that, too.

Any new songs we can hear? Haven't heard from you in a while.

Yeah.
The ones posted now are a good representation of what I do, but I have a lot of songs recorded; maybe I'll swap a few out.

I haven't been here much recently, because of all the arguing.

I can post 10 pictures. I just deleted 2 of me gigging, and posted 2 of me playing with some local musicians on my patio, instead.

I just deleted 2 old songs, and uploaded 2 new ones.

I highly recommend that folks invite friends over to play, every so often.

And before you know it, you have a real good summer going on . . .

i'm not social enough to do all that inviting and imploring others to invite even more (not even my place to invite folks to anyway) but we kinda do that. I play some loud sh*t with the boys every 1 - 4 weeks to keep from going insane. Even got the wife onboard with that somehow....
