Drink a beer for me.
I"ll have one tonight for you, but when I'm gigging, I don't drink. This is a 'bring your own refreshment' place, anyway. Last year I did a feature at an open mic as my CD Release, and it was way too noisy. This place, at least people will be there to listen.
They're fairly new (opened the beginning of last summer), but they're struggling to get people in, with open mics, jams, acoustic shows, and non-music stuff too.
Trying to figure out how to keep people interested for 2 hours! I'll switch instruments - 6- and 12-string acoustics, electric guitar for a couple of songs and baritone uke for a couple. Gonna try and get the place's host to play a few songs with me on fiddle, too.
