Posted: Sun Sep 18, 2016 2:29 pmYou should be able to send PMs (private messages) to anyone (from their profile). You may not get replies, of course - check to see when the last time they accessed their profile (that means they signed in). The PM system will send them an email - if they opted for that option, but it doesn't mean they'll respond. Premier membership also means you get more space to upload MP3s on your profile player.
