Wha??? You telling me vinyl is THAT expensive?? That's a con, man!! You'd be better served going to an old record shop and looking for some obscure stuff from the old geezer days.

Collector's edition, limited numbers. It's how I support my favorite band. I get some nice stuff to hold on to and listen to. I don't collect much of this stuff, but I try to be a completist with the Melvins stuff as it comes out on vinyl so I don't have to get gouged (even more) on eBay or Discogs. I buy and listen to (and record to tape) CDs for 99% of my listening.
