depending on who I'm listening to at the moment....he and Jim Hall is my favorite jazz gtrst (uh...maybe just make that "two of my favorite gtrsts period").

He's a true jazz guy but everything he plays has this great bluesy feel to it....always w a soulful, earthy tone to die for!
