You can look up their stuff on youtube if you haven't heard it - Mexican guitar duo. Some pretty amazing stuff - search out their version of Stairway to Heaven.

Gabriela does most of the 'percussion' work on her guitar, strumming and hitting the guitar body. Rodrigo plays most of the melody stuff, and I was surprised to see him use a pick 90% of the time on his nylon string hybrid acoustic (narrower neck than standard 2" classical/flamenco).
Don't confuse their music with flamenco, although it resembles it at times. Very up-beat danceable music, but other than some occasional effects (wah pedal for both, fuzz for him), the sound in all the songs is very similar. After an hour, all the tunes start sounding similar.
Still, a good show and finally got my wife's ok to get a nylon string guitar!

They're good. My sister was playing them and I pointed out that they were playing Orion, by Metallica, which is a brilliant instrumental. Here's a good video of them close up so you can see how they do it.
