Posted: Fri May 20, 2016 1:06 amWrote the lyrics over a year ago, but got around to putting some music to it last month, and went to full production the last couple of weeks. Had to retrack bass and lead guitar parts this week because I wasn't happy with how the original tracks blended in.

In the meantime, been practicing for this Saturday's benefit show - and I managed to do a number on my back yesterday morning. Not sure how, I was just drying myself after a shower, but a spasm went through my lower back and almost knocked me to the floor. Left work at lunchtime yesterday, soaked in the jacuzzi twice for a half hour at a time, and used heating pad on and off the rest of the time. Worked from home today, two more jacuzzi soaks and its starting to feel better.
