nice job working w those frostbacks, schmed. i guess for now you're still allowed to work w them, but i understand there's talk of extending the wall along our northern border too!

here's one I've had laying around for a while. tried to get some guys on soundcloud to add synth to it but they never got anything done on it. so I got a guy I know on facebook to add the lead guitar and then solicited vocals. nothing. so I added my own. I think it turned out ok. not really happy with my voice, but I don't know what anyone can do about that.

Two new uploads this week.

first one is a track I built on an unused drum track from a cool kid in Austria. I added guitar, synth for the lead and bass parts and sat on it for about a year. just added vocals a couple of weeks ago, using two different vocoder settings on the synth and now it's ...... A SONG?!

the other one is a metal song I made with my drummer Kevin back in March. we hadn't rocked out any heavy stuff in a while and I wanted to try recording the guitar and drums on one track in mono and the bass signal from my Little Thunder Pickup to the other channel. best recordings I have so far of that device, because I was able to shape the bass track through eq'ing and other techniques and make it sound at least like a baritone guitar is playing along with the main guitar part. I added the vocals a couple of months ago when I was pretty sick (thanks to my kid). screaming in the mic, coughing, drink some tea, repeat. this is the first thing I ever added vocals to, really. so i'm surprised it even turned out somewhat decent at all (I did add a lot of fx to the vocals as usual).

Here's one I made by adding my existing guitar track (with built in bass line) to a buddy's drum tracks (from Canada) then adding a an existing spoken word vocal track from an artist I follow on SoundCloud (from the Bay Area). I'm happy with how it came out. enjoy!

I can live without this ..but living without jook's comments is not truly living.. what name for my new moniker? ..I will just observe comments and will no longer participate otherwise.. but in doing so, I will be healed.. hate to think jook won't come back cause I am here.. so bye..

here's a comedy track I just put vocals on. it's about people who need to smoke a cigarette about every 3 minutes or they'll spontaneously combust or something. the music is our 3 man lineup with Sean on drums, Kevin on bass and myself on guitar and vocals. enjoy! smoke em if you got em!
