Lets share and post interesting bands from Asia here, lets explore more into something out of our comfort zone. I'll start:

Don't really know much bands from Asia, but I really do like this anime called Beck. They kinda remind me of RATM.

Good thread.
Got to love the internet. On a bass player forum I see cats from Asia, South America, Australia and so on. It's a trip that all these guys are into the same things as I am, but doing it their own way.
For Asia I've been liking Marty Friedman's band - his female Japanese bass player has it all wrapped up, very smooth.
Not to change the subject but I find there are some very hot metal bands coming out of Argentina as well. I blew up my list of bookmarks somehow or I'd share a few... (sigh)
