We used Bandzoogle (I think) with the Beatles tribute band -that's the one affiliated with Reverbnation, right? I only managed it for a few months (after the lead singer quit), but it seemed pretty easy to arrange, upload, etc, had all the features we needed. Cost was $20 a month. There are a lot of options these days, check out GoDaddy.com for better pricing, but I'm not sure how friendly their sitebuilder is.
