I am studying the effects of musical performance on well-being in emerging and young adults. Your participation will help add to the quickly-growing field of research about the benefits of music.
If you...
-are between the ages of 18 and 35 and play a musical instrument or participate in some kind of vocal performance,
-have practiced/rehearsed and publicly performed at least once during the last year,
-love how you feel when performing live music,
- and have ever had the feeling of “losing yourself” in the music while you perform,
