Lemmy was sort of an Icon - I don't sit around spinning Lemmy platters all evening but I felt good knowing he was out there and catching an occasional video. RIP amigo.

I've tried repeatedly to get into Motorhead and the spark just isn't there for me.
I've only heard of Hawkwind recently. I think I'll dig into that a little more.

Motorhead was just something never played where I was, or when I was listening to music on the radio or played by others. Played a few of their songs on Spotify last night, can't say I had ever heard any of them, and they certainly didn't spark any interest with me.
Old rockers are dropping fast. Stevie Wright, singer for the Easybeats (Friday on my Mind) died the other day, too.
