the wolf in sheep's clothing here, yours truly, does remember the contest from some time back, and whoever suggested it in my opinion was a little insecure about themselves, especially after the better guitarist lost cause possibly his fan base was not as strong, as the other guy, who went on to "rub it in".. really? that's what music is about? like Steve Vai the arrogant devil in the movie Crossroads trying to cut down the karate kid? is that what it's all about? pride, arrogance, conceit, just like the attributes of Lucifer?

jook, were you around here when this happened? Carlos was robbed blind.. ..and he probably did not even know it happened.. where is ASCAP when you need them..

as I remember it, HALEY installed a poll counter and kept records of the votes cast either for you or him, to me that passes as a contest, and proves he was showing his ass.. he won 18-16 or something and then went on to humiliate jimmydanger.. he said some nasty crap about me yesterday, and this was my retaliation.. he had no right to call me a wolf in sheep's clothing.. f

I know that jimmydanger about music not being a contest.. it is an art and not a science...big difference..

he made a quip about my audio files that are around, these audio files are not polished and I know that, the whole purpose is to possibly attract other musicians that might be curious enough to attempt getting together and creating a band, not to sell them, actually they are just two tracks of guitar, way too busy as they stand, and they might not even be recognizable when a percussionist, bassist and sax player/keyboardist works with me in arranging them, I did not want to get busy on guitar but without all the ingredients that is what generally turns out, just an "outline" with the current studio I have I am limited, cause of programming percussion in 7/4 time signature and

only a troglodyte would diss another's music here. if ya can't find even one encouraging and positive thing to say about someone else's music and playing.....then just STFU.

the strange thing is, I never diss anybody's tunes or give them kudos on their original music, because if you do that you would have to do it to everybody, or somebody might get their feelings hurt, or the opposite, blow their head up 3 sizes, I never have asked for any comments on stuff that is viewable/listenable, I have put out, .. they are just "ideas" and not a finished product, but if somebody likes some of the riffs or sections of a tune, they are welcome to move here, within driving distance, and we will put together a band and start busking, promoting thru benefits etc., get a name established and then move to the larger cities for gigs..
