who sang it? who played accordion?

dayne do you mean the paul simon version? not sure who played accordion on that one...clifton chenier?

or do you mean the Planet Jazz version that's on our cd? that'd be Monty Safford (drummer) doing the vocal and Dave Bradley playing the accordion part from his keyboard.

Mark the Planet Jazz one, I do'nt know which version (different lineup) of PJ it is though..every 6 weeks or couple months or thereabouts, I pull out my cache of Planet Jazz cd's and thoroughly enjoy myself listening to them, I generally close my eyes, and try to visualize in my mind's eye the guys up on a stage, but I only know vaguely the appearance of Mark thru shared photos here on BandMix.. my favorite PJ tune is "Well, In That Case" .. I have also heard I think a vibraphone on the same cd, presume that is Mark playing but he is not on the credits as a vibes player, only credit for bassist.. the studio cd is different than the Macon, Mo live
