No reason to be insulting, Jimmy. I may be pitchy, but at least I'm close. Your singer is singing something like the Vth note above the original.

The balance of bass and guitar worked pretty well - not always so easy three piece. The singer is unconventional in his approach but it worked musically I thought. Makes it interesting.

I'm pretty sure 45-year-old rock songs done identical to the original doesn't count as punk, but anyway I was wrong about your singer, he's not singing the fifth, he's singing the third. Opening vocal note should be a C (up to D) for that song, he starts it on an E. Hey, if that's the sound you're going for ... I doubt any of the wives or kids there are familiar with the original anyway, so make it your own.

I know, I was referring to the base playing. J our base player is from Brooklyn, he is a hell of a base player and I could tell from the beginning he is heavily influenced by (one of my favs)!
