Not really believing the number of "artists" who post on this site who do not include/ have AUDIO SAMPLES ! This is MUSIC, people ! An art overwhelming that of SOUND/ AUDIO. Unless you're either not on a level of being able to play onstage, or simply just inviting others to waste time with checking out your profile, LET US KNOW WHAT YOU SOUND LIKE in at LEAST one full song !! Thanks

Over the last few years I have found that criteria an excellent way to weed out the riff-raff when I've been auditioning others. 90% of the time, if the person does not have ANY music samples at all (either recorded or videos of live work), then he's not up to the level I'm looking for. So, yes, 10% of the time, its someone who just hasn't ever done recording or bothered to get videos but is still good.

Hey Mr. M.

Really dig that Smokehouse Blues. Tone for miles, and balls too. Some great playin'.

Bob

What gets me is the folks who come here - to this forum - and then expect us to leave this site to go to some other site to listen to them.
I came HERE; don't ask me to jump through hoops to listen to you; post it here.

someone posts a link to youtube (or wherever)....
move one: click on the link....poof you're there.
move two: then when finished hit back arrow top left of screen to return to forum.

that's a total of two moves to check out a tune posted elsewhere.

or if it's posted on someone's BM profile page....
well, first you must be signed in to go to their page....
move one: go to their page:
move two: when finished hit back arrow to return to forum (or click on forum icon)

also two moves

unless of course it's a youtube video that they've linked to their page and that's yet ONE MORE CLICK!!!!!

Sometimes it's worth it to go to a YouTube link.

Here's one from the OP's profile page:
